BUSINESS
COMMUNICATION MANAGER (BCM)
Developed by Nortel, Business Communications Manager (BCM) is an advanced
IP enabled communication system aimed at the small/medium-sized business,
multi-site or branch office.
Nortel BCM is the only converged voice/data solution in the industry,
providing a choice of IP enabled or pure IP strategy in an easy-to-use,
one box solution for simple telephony or a sophisticated mix of voice,
data and Voice over IP.
Nortel BCM provides both packet and circuit
switching for voice calls.
The BCM 50 is for up to 48 users and
carries almost the same functions as the BCM 200 & BCM 400.
The BCM 200 is ideal for small/medium sites
with up to 64 extensions, whilst the BCM 400 easily caters for up to 160
extensions, and is perfect for multi-sites or branch offices.
BCM 50/200/400 from Nortel Networks offers
all features associated with advanced telephone systems and much more.
Everything is pre-installed and accessed using purchased key-codes to
unlock applications as you need them within your business.
BCM has the capabilities businesses need
including telephony, unified messaging, multimedia call center,
interactive voice response, IP routing and data services such as firewall,
wireless, and more.
